Expression Experience

Service Description

Expression Experience is a private setting for two particpants. The Expression Experience came from a series of workshops, I hosted to provide a creative outlet space for the George Washington University Campus. The intentions were to to elicit a sense of freedom and mark making on large scale walls. The vision was to give attendees the opportunity to face the fear of art, a wall or many other things that keeps us from expressing our true self. This workshop is based on the elements of our natural tendency to use play, and movement for our development of wellbeing and integration to everyday life. I provide a safe space of observational skills that support the expansion to a unknown within self through the expression of making your mark on a surface. Through the session I guide the participants to different opportunities to venture into themselves with suggestions of awareness, observation and choices of colors, size and or space use. The music provided comes from a broad selection of genres, participants vocal sound and movement upon the surface being marked. Along with a open conversation of other ways that can be imagined as a outlet of your expression.
